Return and Refund Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive 97/7/EC which can be found at http://eur-lex.europa.eu/
In addition please be aware of the following ;
Lawlor Brothers (Waste Disposal) Ltd is happy to accept any product return as long as it is in its original condition and packaging and is re-saleable. Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition.
Please note, The costs of returning the goods to Lawlor Brothers (Waste Disposal) Ltd premesis shall be borne by the customer. If you wish our courier can collect off you, at extra costs.
Damaged Goods:
If goods arrive damaged, customers are requested to do the following
1) Do NOT sign for the package (s)
2) Report damage to the driver and sign any delivery docket "goods damaged"
3) Call our office to report same without delay
4) Our customer services team will record the report and see to it that it is dealt with.
We are unable to entertain claims for damaged goods unless the above procedure is followed.
You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. faulty product, or incorrectly shipped). If we agree to provide you with a refund we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
